Language exchanges are when two groups of beginners meet to teach eachother their language. These are of a lot of interest for the person who is writing this now, this is what he would like you to also be excited about:) (delete this, please create an account and remove my poor-style notes!)

Group activity types:

form two circles (one for each language) -- rotate the people so that everyone can speak with the other person.

Read a book together -- Childrens books are amazing because they have pictures and many have been translated into many languages, so people can already understand the story before trying to tackle the language issue. This group can sort of work with a group of 2 to about 5 if there are copies of the book available for most people.
